(English version down this) Après la victoire de l’armée RD Congolaise sur les armées rwandaise, ougandaise et les M23 à la fin de l’année 2013, c’est avec beaucoup de courage que les FARDC ont lancé divers fronts contre les milices étrangères et locales. Au Katanga, en Province Orientale comme dans les Kivu, les FARDC sont allées de victoire en victoire. Plusieurs milices appartiennent désormais au passé, l’aventure « arme = accès au pouvoir en RD Congo » a tiré sa révérence ; gare aux non avertis !
Cependant, dans la marche vers la gloire, nous avons perdu des vaillants et pas des moindres dont la disparition dans des circonstances obscures reste une grosse épine dans le pied. Il s’agit des Généraux Mamadou et Bauma : deux héros dans la victoire contre les M23 et les ADF (Allied Democratic Forces).
Le procès contre des suspects dans l’assassinat de Mamadou est en cours dans la ville de Beni. Le décès de son chauffeur avant son audition, le Sergent Major Arsène Ngabu, révèle un malaise caché dans certains rangs devant l’explosion de la vérité. D’aucuns s’interrogent sur les marges de manœuvres persistantes des forces du mal et soupçonnent une trahison contre le peuple congolais.
Ce qu’il faut savoir des circonstances de la mort des Généraux Mamadou et Bauma
Le peuple Congolais ne doit pas continuer à chercher très loin la cause de l’élimination physique de ces deux héros : la liberté a un prix, ils ont payé la rançon de la survie de notre nation.
D’ailleurs, les kivutiens n’ont-ils pas inlassablement fustigé la présence d’une armée dans l’armée, le CNDP majoritairement Tutsi comme au Rwanda. D’Accord en Accord, ces anciens du RCD-Goma se sont imposés dans les Kivu dans un plan de balkanisation dont la RD Congo vient à peine d’être libérée, notamment par la victoire contre les M23.
Si de nombreux Tutsi et Hutu ont perdu leur qualité de militaire par le démantèlement du M23, s’ils ne sont pas frauduleusement réintégrés ; il reste, par contre, des unités entières d’ex-CNDP au Nord et au Sud Kivu, au Nord-Katanga et dans l’Ituri. Ces hommes gardent encore une vraie influence dans l’armée congolaise : savez-vous par exemple que la plupart des hommes à la barre dans le procès Mamadou seraient des Tutsi ? Au Sud Kivu, ils seraient également responsables du massacre des chrétiens pentecôtistes dans la vallée de la Ruzizi. Connaissant l’histoire récente des guerres du Kivu, il ne doit s’agir pour nous d’accuser tel ou tel camp, mais plutôt d’interroger tous les concitoyens : « Existe-t-il une volonté réelle de sortir de ce piège » ?
La vengeance du Rwanda
Ceci dit, comprenons que la disparition de ces hommes est le fruit de la vengeance du Rwanda par l’entremise des hommes sous son commandement dans l’armée Congolaise. Il s’agit pour Kagamé de démontrer à Kabila qu’il possède encore une capacité de nuisance malgré le démantèlement du M23.
Les Congolais devraient de ce fait garder l’œil bien ouvert pour se protéger de la perte des vaillants hommes et du découragement des vrais patriotes.
La preuve d’un coup réussi
Apres la mort du General Bauma, la traque des ADF bat de l’ail. Tandis que ces derniers sont dispersés dans la forêt et privés de la possibilité d’une réorganisation, par petits groupes ils viennent de reprendre des attaques contre les villages dont la dernière date de la nuit du 05 au 06 octobre 2014. Le bilan de cette dernière incursion des ADF à Linzo-Sisene est de 6 morts, 12 blessés et 5 enlevés. En vérité, il faut changer les hommes à la commande !

Mamadou Law suit. If Congolese were trapped again!
After the victory of the DR Congo army on Rwandan, Ugandan and the M23 armies at the end of the 2013 year, it is with a lot of courage that the FARDC launched various foreheads against the foreign and local militias. The lawsuit against suspects in the murder of Mamadou is in progress in the city of Beni. The vengeance of Rwanda
After we have clearly expressed this, let's understand that the disappearance of these men is the fruit of the vengeance of Rwanda by interposed of men under its command in the Congolese army. It is about for Kagamé to demonstrate to Kabila that he still possesses a capacity of nuisance in spite of the dismantling of the M23.
Congolese would owe that made keep the very open eyes to protect themselves of the loss of the valiant men and the true patriot discouragement.
The proof of a successful stroke
